Meet Chris
I’ve been making things for as long as I can remember. After studying at the University of Vermont, I launched into a career in carpentry, working across various areas—from general building to timber framing and historic preservation. Later, I moved to NYC and New Jersey, where I spent about a decade in finance, but woodworking remained a constant, as I continued to take on home projects.
In 2019, my family and I moved back to Vermont, settling in Morristown. This transition marked my full-time return to woodworking, and since then, I’ve completed a wide variety of projects. From large-scale installations like kitchen cabinets, built-in drawers, and bookcases to smaller, freestanding dressers, each piece reflects my dedication to quality design and craftsmanship. I take pride in working with the best materials available, bringing a meticulous eye for detail to every project.
Beyond the workshop, I’m passionate about the outdoors, spending much of my free time snowboarding and mountain biking. My love for both creativity and activity keeps me inspired, and I look forward to continuously refining my skills and creating lasting, high-quality pieces.
